Hello, Mandaluyong!
I haven’t had rest since the day I arrived at Sultan Kudarat - like, I didn’t really have time to sit down and just do nothing. I kept on going out and seeing friends. It was six days of pure hanging out. In the last two days, I was busy running to and fro for Bai’s wedding preparations - I was helping out Tita with everything.
After the wedding, the next day, I flew from General Santos City to Manila. Nang Stif fetched me on the airport and we drove directly to her condo unit in Mandaluyong. The towering buildings was just as awesome and intimidating. It would have been very nice if she’s on the tenth floor or something. The place looks California-ish and Nang Stif told me that it was designed after that place, thus the name California Garden Square.
So here I am now, after days of jetsetting (chorva!), I’m suffering from a flu and dry cough and I almost sound like a dog barking at the middle of the night. I’m scared that I might disturb Nang Stif’s sleep. Sorry!
So I have a final interview on IBM this Friday and I do hope I won’t be barking around people. Oh please, dear God, cure me from this messy cough so I can sleep well and take a good rest.
Anyway, loving the whole scene here. If ever I take on Accenture, I will be wearing a business attire from Monday to Thursday and will be working on that tall building in Robinson’s CG 1/2. That’s just exactly what I was dreaming back in high school, only I was some business person rather than a software engineer. Hahaha!
See you when I see you!
